Easy whole roasted monkeyface eel

Ingredients:
Whole monkeyface eel, gutted, rinsed & patted dry
salt & pepper, paprika
butter
lemon slices
fresh dill
tinfoil
Method:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
rinse and pat dry
add salt, pepper, paprika to the inside flesh
stuff with a few pieces of butter, lemon slices, and fresh dill
wrap in tinfoil and bake for about 18 minutes
when it’s cooked, use a fork to lightly lift away the spine
