Sablefish Amandine VIDEO! Sea Forager superstar Johnson Xiong strikes again, this time with a luscious french preparation of our favorite local sablefish.

Ingredients:

Cauliflower Puree • Haricot Vert • Brown Butter • Roasted Almonds • Parsley

Method:
-Cook garlic and chopped cauliflower
-Blend with your choice of dairy
-Lightly sauté haricot verts
-Pan sear the fish in butter
-Remove fish on a rack
-Toast almonds and parsley in the same pan
-Plate to your hearts desire
